The Sub-Grantee Eligibility Application is used to determine the eligibility of Global Ties Network members to be able to apply for all Global Ties U.S. subgrants. Available subgrants include: the Community Partnership Grant, National Meeting Participation Grants, Regional Summit and Learning Lab (DBH) Participation Grants, and other grants. The sub-grantee eligibility process determines your organization's eligibility to apply for (where applicable), receive, and manage federal government funds.
For 2026, we are not requiring you upload certain documents if your 2025 Subgrantee Eligibility Application was approved, unless you have updated your policies since then. These documents include:
- Bylaws
- IRS 501c3 Determination Letter
- Financial Management Standards / Accounting Policy and Procedures
- Time & Effort Reporting Policy (if applicable; this is not required for All-Volunteer organizations that do not allocate funding towards salaries or consultants)
- Procurement Policy
- Best Practice Policies
New for 2026: In order to comply with updates to the 2 CFR 200, effective for the 2026 grant cycle and onwards, we will now require a Conflict of Interest Policy and a Whistleblower Policy from every subgrantee seeking eligibility to receive funding. Previously, these two policies were listed in the Sub-Grantee Eligibility Application as Best Practices to have, so it is likely you have submitted these policies to Global Ties U.S. in the past. Given their change in status to required, you are being asked to resubmit these. If you require assistance, please refer to the Member Portal pages linked below (login required):
