The Sub-Grantee Eligibility Application is used to determine the eligibility of Global Ties Network members to be able to apply for all Global Ties U.S. subgrants. Available subgrants include: the Community Partnership Grant, National Meeting Participation Grants, Regional Summit and Learning Lab (DBH) Participation Grants, and other grants. The sub-grantee eligibility process determines your organization's eligibility to apply for (where applicable), receive, and manage federal government funds.
Global Ties U.S. did not require upload of certain documents since 2023, but will require submission of these documents for 2025. These documents include:
- IRS 501c3 Determination Letter
- Financial Management Standards / Accounting Policy and Procedures
- Time & Effort Reporting Policy (if applicable; this is not required for All-Volunteer organizations that do not allocate funding towards salaries or consultants)
- Procurement Policy
- Best Practices Policies
